• 24 HR ACCESS for active memberships
• Massage Studio is located inside with two massage therapists available for walk-ins or by appointment. Call us for more info. No gym membership is needed.
• Tanning Salon offers tanning service in a lay-down bed. See MEMBERSHIPS section for pricing. No gym membership is needed.
• Supplement PRO-SHOP open during office hours. Get your favorites REDCON 1, METRX, 1ST PHORM, BUCKED UP, BLACKMARKET, OPTIMUM NUTRITION, AND MORE. Grab your RTDs, protein, pre-workout, or recovery supplements all at the same place. Specially ordered items are also available upon request.
• Free group classes with active memberships. See CLASSES section for description and class times.
• Free personal training with every new membership. Sets you off on the correct fitness path.

• Basketball court room gives all members access to the half court and more space for training. Try our battle ropes inside the room they'll give you a great workout!
